TRAINING 2026

  • Men’s indoor training starts on Mondays (1st & 2nd XIs) from 12 January and Sundays (3rd to 6th XIs) from 11 January and will continue until 30 March & 29 March respectively.

  • Men’s outdoor training will take place on Tuesdays from 7 April (1st & 2nd XIs) and on Wednesdays from 8 April (3rd to 6th XIs).

  • Women’s indoor training is on Sundays and will continue until Sunday 29 March.

  • Women’s outdoor training will take place on Thursday evenings from 9 April (1st & 2nd XIs) and on Saturday mornings from 11 April (mixed ability).

  • Junior Spring training starts on the weekend of Friday 9/ Saturday 10/ Sunday 11 January and will continue until the weekend of Friday 20/ Saturday 21/ Sunday 22 March.

  • Junior Summer training will start on Saturday 11 April and continue until Saturday 18 July. There will be no training on Saturday 23 May (as it’s half-term) and only limited training on Saturday 16 May (due to the Hackney Half Marathon).
